how long does sterilization last?
Under ideal situations (that is, room temperature, lying flat in a
drawer), sterilization can be expected for five months. However,
once you put the pouches into a bag, transport, have varying degrees
of heat and cold, sterilization decreases to about two months.
It all depends upon how many instruments you put in each pouch, and
how the bag is transported and stored once sterilized.
The same would apply to the sterilization wrap and tubing.
